Never wonder what’s for dinner again! Let me do the meal planning, shopping, and cooking for you and your loved ones, in your home. I shop at farmer’s markets and your favorite grocer’s for ingredients that are local, organic, grass fed proteins, non GMO, and wild caught fish.
It’s easy to customize meals to each person, as needed, or create a family style menu so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal at their leisure. Gluten free, low sodium, low sugar, fat loss, plant based or any other dietary needs are doable! Return home to a stocked fridge, fragrant aromas of tasty food and a clean kitchen. Day and weekly rates are available and short or long term assignments are okay!

Some of my complementary skills include: Personal trainer, CPR certified, current US passport, clean driving record, “Stop the bleed” training, and household disaster preparedness training and implementation.
