Here’s What to Expect:
​On the first Monday of each month, I offer a new 5 or 10-day Whole Food Shred Menu. I’m going to help you shed excess body fat while empowering you to transform your eating habits to a more balanced approach.

Daily menus include:
• A snack
• Lunch
• Dinner
• A cold-pressed juice or elixir (Prepared by Kathy’s Kitchen LA, a CFD preferred partner!)

Choose from Two Programs:
Programs are based on your level of exercise commitment for the course of the 5 or 10 day plan.
1. The Gentle User — This option is for you if you’d like to follow a more gentle approach to exercise like incorporating some light stretching, or a leisurely walk, or some other form of non-strenuous exercise.
2. The Active User — This option is for you if you’re already accustomed to a vigorous exercise regimen, and with care continue it during the shred.
