WHY HIRE A PRIVATE CHEF?

Your time is valuable. That’s not new. What is new is that the cost of EVERYTHING has risen dramatically. Now more than ever we are assessing our time and budgets. Hiring a private chef accomplishes many goals.
For starters, a private chef turns your ingredient list into a comprehensive weekly meal plan. Things that may seem like one-off ingredients to you, are easily incorporated into other dishes by us.
Private chefs are budget conscious. Once we know the things our clients like we keep an eye out for special pricing and sales.
A big bonus during these pandemic times is one person handling your food. Delivery services are convenient in a pinch but that’s a lot of hands from the restaurant, to the grocery store, a delivery driver, to you. Private chefs are small businesses and it’s in our interest to keep you and us, healthy.
Hiring a private chef will change your diet in the best possible way. You’ll eat more delicious fresh food and be able to control the amount of salt, sugar, and healthy fats.
Last but not least, a private chef gives you leisure time. Shopping, cooking, cleaning, and even ordering takeout is time consuming, and stressful. Popping a freshly prepared, custom meal into the oven while you relax is priceless.
In good health,

excerpt — “I don’t want to make decisions about what I’m eating or wearing. Because I have too many other decisions to make.” “You need to focus your decision-making energy. You need to routinize yourself. You can’t be going through the day distracted by trivia.” ~ President Obama

The “big” secret that many reject when it comes to sustained fat loss is the small incremental changes that one must continually make. Most days go for the walk or hit the gym. Most days drink plenty of water. Most days have an apple instead of the flaming hot cheetos. Most days get enough sleep. Most days pack your lunch and eat dinner at home. Most days be sure to see the funny. It’s most days. Not all days! By the way I make a killer healthy pizza.
Fun Fact! October is the most popular month for people to get hitched! Mild weather, cheaper air fare and hotel rates, in some cases beautiful fall colors abound and everyone is back from summer vacation. All this ensures a good turnout for saying, “I do!”
This is not a blog on organic food. It’s a blog about you! What you’re putting in vs. what you’re getting out. Before we delve in to that let’s talk about the rest you’re getting. Hopefully it’s plentiful and quality. However, knowing the society and times we are living in probably not! Quality food is like quality rest. You know it when you have it and life seems to go more smoothly when you do. For most of us we get quality sleep when we are on vacation. You may do some catching up on all the sleep you’ve been missing but by day four or five you generally wake up refreshed, without an alarm, and not needing a caffeine jolt. You’re happy and rested. It’s really the same with food. The good news is that you don’t have to wait to take a vacation for this to happen! As you eat a steady diet of quality, wholesome cooked meals your stomach settles, digestion is smooth, your outlook even during stressful days is positive, and your energy is up. It really is simply with what’s on your plate. At times, you can’t find the time, motivation or recipes to make for yourself. Or maybe you never had quality instruction on what good wholesome food is and can be. Spoiler alert it isn’t juicing! That’s where I come in! I’ll create it, plate it, deliver it, and you’ll enjoy it. Simple! Time Saving! Life Saving too! Start Today! Be your best!
At least once a week I come across a blog or article about meal prepping. It never fails that the blogger/writer ends ups overwhelmed by the menu tasks and required dedication, and mostly underwhelmed by their lack of cooking skills, and often our price point is lower than what they spent on a weeks’ worth of food. Seriously! Hire us! Save time! Keep the flavor and your sanity!
Food is meant to fuel you up not fill you up! The average sized stomach is the size of a small fist. If you changed nothing else but portion control when dining you’d see a noticeable change in your body. In America, we’ve grown so accustomed to large portions that it’s even become a standard for whether a restaurant is considered good or not! Hello Yelpers I’m looking at you! Food is fuel to live your wonderful weird life! Clean Food Delivered can help! Try us!
